Our core competence comprises resistance welding of non-ferrous metals and cables. Additionally, we have specialized in automating the production of flexible parts that are needed in this context. We offer solutions for the involved core processes and for subtasks in the areas of assembly, feeding technology and stamping as well as bending automation. Our services also include laser welding, component tests (end-of-line tests) and applications according to your requirements.
All manual workstations are tailored to your needs, and we also develop automation concepts. These range from semi-automatic machines with manual feed to fully automatic and interlinked production lines, which we manufacture in-house.
Our automation concepts range from linear transfer systems for wire processing and interlinked systems to tool carrier systems, rotary indexing tables or flexible robot solutions as well as combinations of the options mentioned. All concepts and systems are developed in-house, from planning to completion.
Solutions from a single source for high efficiency
We equip our resistance welding machines with our own control systems and power sources for the desired frequency ranges. As we implement our machine software in block programming, all functional relationships are available in specially approved blocks and are parameterized for commissioning. This guarantees functional correlations and enables us to keep commissioning periods particularly short. We use Siemens S7 controllers in the Classic world or in the TIA portal as standard, but other systems can be used as well. This gives us the further advantage of having the same human-machine interface (HMI) on all systems. In this way, we provide you with the same menu navigation for all types of systems.
For our OEM customers in the automotive industry, we also offer Transline and HMI Light programming.
In order to industrialize the processes, we also offer a consulting service. Therein, we implement automation throughout the entire workflow (in terms of installation spaces, alloys, surfaces (coatings), accessibility, components to be used and injection molding installation spaces). This enables you to manufacture in series with process reliability.
